PM inaugurates Textile India 2017

Prime Minister inaugurated Textiles India 2017, Indias first ever mega textiles trade fair, being held at Gandhinagar, Gujarat. The fair is organised by Union Ministry of Textiles with an aim to explore the opportunities and strengths of textile and apparel manufacturing in India for global investors.
As many as 1,500 exhibitors, 20,000 participants including 2,500 foreign buyers and sellers, have already registered for the mega event. Countries such as USA, China, UK, Australia, Germany, Bangladesh, South Korea, UAE, Vietnam and others are participating in the event.
