First floating wind farm in Scotland

World’s first floating wind farm being set up in north-east coast of Scotland. It has 253 meter long floating winds with one third of their ballast underwater anchored to the seabed cables cost 250 million dollar.
Five 6 MW wind turbines power 20,000 homes. The turbines build in Norway’s coast and shipped to Scotland.
